Celebrating Contus Awards 2014 in the Hawaiian style

Honors, Hawaiian theme, colors, fun, music, dance, selfies, groupies and much more. Yes, it is the Contus Awards ceremony which pumped out the best of Contusians’ energy levels. The event which recognizes consistent performers of the past year, kicked off on the 31st of January, 2015 at Sneha Garden, ECR, Chennai.

Unlike the year 2014, this time the awards were given under the ‘Star Performer’ title to all the departments. Janakiraman and Meenakshi played hosts to the event which started off with a captivating solo fusion dance followed by singing, group dancing and stage comedy.Managers and tech leads did the honors of handing over the awards to the achievers.

Colors of the Evening:

Of course the day was colorful as everybody was clad in Hawaiian style. Adding more color to the evening were the accessories, face painting and tattooing stalls.

[soliloquy id=”5368″] Post the awards distribution it was the freestyle dancing which fed loads of energy, enthusiasm and fun to the evening. To be precise, “Lambs at office desk turned out party animals on the dance floor”. The colorful amalgamation of Contusians was the best part of the evening. Literally none of us wanted to put the party on the stop mode!
