OUR NEW OFFICE

Our company strength is growing and we were in a vigorous hunt for a new office which could meet our expansionist goals.  Since our existing office in Adambakkam could not hold more than 35 seats, we had come to a conclusion to look for an office which could have a seating capacity for 120 (keeping in mind of future growth) during the last quarter of 2009.  Keeping this requirement and other factors such as easy accessibility, good transport facilities, prime locality in our mind, we reconnoitered entire Chennai.  We had a dozen or so offers from various parts of Chennai, and we were lucky to zero-in on the property just opposite to DLF IT Park.  We immediately signed the deal to occupy this property (No. 149, 1C / 1D, 2ND Floor, Mount Poonamallee Road, Ramapuram, Chennai – 600089) and started restructuring the interior premises to international standards with secure environment to personnel, property, and data.

The seating capacity from our Ramapuram office now stands between 135 to 140.  Right now, we have increased the seating capacity from 35 from our old office to 50 to the new office, and we have plans to increase the seats to full capacity in another six months.

The entire area of our new premises is 4500 square feet.  We are moving our workforce into the new office on February 2, 2010.
